Ruth Jones wants Gavin & Stacey return

Channel 4 Buy Shameless USA

The US version of Shameless, which (unfathomably) stars William H Macy, has been bought by Channel 4′s More 4 channel. It’s called Shameless USA and eatures Macy as Frank Gallagher (still unfathomable). Surely the US version of Shameless is My Name Is Earl? No?

Masterchef Returns to BBC One with Brand New Headquarters and New Audition Shows

Reports state that Bieber, who stars in the crime drama’s 11th season premiere, has been asked to reprise his role as a “troubled teen who is faced with a terrible decision regarding his only brother”.

Blake’s 7 dropped by Sky for the millionth time

blakes7.jpgSky1 has cancelled plans to bring back a remake of cult sci-fi show Blake’s 7. Again. Sky announced plans for a remake in 2008 (around the time Doctor Who got a revamp and Battlestar Galactica hit big again)… but they put it off and off and now, they just can’t be bothered.

Would you pay for ITV?

itv_01.jpgLets face it – ITV is rubbish isn’t it? If it wasn’t for Simon Cowell, the occasional Champions League match and Corrie, no-one would watch the channel. And so, with ITV making a move to pay-TV with three high-definition channels vanishing behind Sky’s subscription wall, you have to wonder if anyone will tune in at all.
