Episode 3 of Sons of Anarchy is to kick off tonight with a show called ‘Fix’. Zobelle (Adam Arkin) cooks up a “temporary problem” for Hale to solve as a way to undermine Samcro; Gemma’s rape is undermining her relationship with Clay; and Jax’s involvement in Luanne’s porn business is getting to Tara. Meanwhile, Clay tells Bobby, who needs a job, to run the business end of Luanne’s business. Bloody hell.

BBC Three have long highlighted the plights of various things in their Blood, Sweat… series. The latest documentary series Blood, Sweat and Luxuries kicked off last night and shows six young Brits finding out about the realities of gem mining in Madagascar, leather and coffee production in Ethopia; e-cycling and gold mining in Ghana; and the electronics industry in the Phillipines. The BBC has got a new drama coming out and it looks nice and dark! The show, Luther, features Idris Elba in the eponymous role (DCI John Luther) who returns to work after a spell of leave following the traumatic arrest of serial killer Henry Madsen. This dark psychological thriller features a near-genius murder detective whose brilliant mind can’t always save him from the dangerous violence of his passions. Is he as demented as those he seeks to snare? Watch a clip over the jump.

This re-imagining of the ’83 mini-series V created by Kenneth Johnson, once again chronicles the arrival on Earth of a technologically advanced alien species who, on the surface of things, come in peace. Of course, them being no good alien types, they have sinister motives. The show stars Morena Baccarin, Morris Chestnut, Joel Gretsch, Elizabeth Mitchell, and Scott Wolf and, we have a clip of the third show. We do spoil you.
