It seems that, every time a Celebrity Big Brother comes along, the first name on the rumour sheet is Pamela Anderson. Now, seeing as the show is about to get put-down by the vets, BB bosses are going to have think of another way to get her in.

Seeing as this last bow of the show has been something of a squib (who expected anything else in fairness?), producers are looking at getting Pamela Anderson in to inject something of interest into a bickering house.

The former slo-mo running bouncer is again being eyed up as the producers want a “sexy older woman” who will “kidnap” the male housemates as part of a task. The female housemates will then apparently have to complete challenges to win the boys back.

“Pamela Anderson is one of the world’s most iconic women. She oozes sex appeal and feistiness,” an insider told the News of the World.

“If we can manage to get her into the house it will be a real coup. The boys on the show won’t know what’s hit them – and we are certain it will make great television. Whatever happens a female celeb will be going in the house.”

The insider added: “We think all our other viewers will be pleased as sparks are bound to fly – but we’re not sure that the lads will want to be rescued from our cougar’s grasp.”

I don’t know if they’re expecting a televised sex-tape out of this… they shouldn’t, mainly because if anything, over the years, Pamela Anderson has shown herself to be incredibly warm and self-effacing. She’s a good sport… but do they really expect to see any erections from this?
