psychoville_pic.jpgThe BBC, it seems, are rather proud of upcoming comedy Pyschoville, and from what I’ve heard they’ve every right to be. You can tell they’re proud not only because they keep blogging about it on their own site, but also because they’ve come up with a nifty little ‘viral’ (have we not come up with a better word for this yet?) to get a bit of buzz going about the show online. It’s a sort of trick – though no-one, surely not one person in the world is going to fall for it. Basically, you send a video to a friend which starts by showing Graham Norton, as if on his chat show, talking about a new computer virus, and ends up making them think that their own computer has been infected. The virus being that an embarrassing photo and secret of themselves is uploaded from their computer and put up in bright lights on Piccadilly Circus. As I say – not one person in the world.
