So, hush your endless questions, we know who The Celebrity Scissorhands crew will be next season.

Neckerchief-loving Apprentice star Lucinda Ledgerwood will be taking a career downturn alongside EastEnders actress Shana Swash and singers Jay Sean and Stedman Pearson in this year’s series.

The ‘clebs will work nine hour days at the Celebrity Scissorhands Hair and Beauty Academy in Camden. Contestants will, as ever, be offering haircuts to starry-eyed members of the public (make an appointment through the BBC’s website) and the show will be presented by George Lamb – himself arguably in need of a celebrity haircut. Lee Stafford, the TV hairdresser, and image consultant Steve Strange will also be back.

Celebrity Scissorhands begins Sunday, October 26 on BBC Three.

2008 What an absolute bunch of has beens and “z list” celebrities!
This show is boring at the best of times with people in the public eye, I’d rather watch paint dry

Spot on Timbo,saw it for the first time this week by accident, and certainly WILL NOT make the same mistake again. Do these celebrity a..e lickers really want their hair ruined by unqualified so-called personalities just so they can tell their aquaintances (friends probably couldn’t give a s..t)that it was done by someone off the telly? I for one would rather just make a charitable donation, or do something USEFUL for the charity of my choice. I think this whole celebrity thing about getting your face known for no partcular reason is wearing a bit thin. What will next year’s fired apprentices do if there is a recession.

So Claire,
What are you doing for charity? shaving your hair off yourself, or are you one of the LUCKY ones to have got on the programme? Why does getting some one off the telly to ruin your hair (all be it voluntarily) become justified under the name CHARITY, Hopefully Jonathon and Russell will justify their recent activities by donating their fees for the recent R2 show to charity. I’m quite prepared to skip a my monthly city centre salon hairdo and donate my stylist’s extortionate (but amply justified)fee to charity, but I would hate him to go out of buisiness if all his clients did this. Luckily though there are a crowd of incompetent media failures ready to take over.

Fao joey haines I have send a letter to a letter to you to day on the 10/11/2008 a brown letter and I have telephone you up today I was says on the teleplone to you about me being a hairdresser to come on your programme can you pass my letter on to this Dean who was on your programme he had a g-sing on who was on the celebrity scissorhands I would very much like come on your programme as soon as possible aas this meeting with you is very important to me when you do get my letter do let me know as soon as possible I badly need your help this dean was the joker on the programme at Endemol uk do let then know to pass my letter on to you I must say your programme is Fantastic your celebrity scissorhands it really is do you go to any big partys if so can I come to if that is the only way I can meet you now yours sincerely
