Suddenly, from nowhere, Life On Mars USA is looking a bit ACE. I capitalise ace in order to convey my own excitement. We’ve already had one trailer for the show, and now (after I read it on TV Spy) here’s a new trailer for the show. There isn’t much there, but I’m loving the Police Squad-style narration and the juicy retro styling (and it has my favourite Dr John tune too!). You can have a shufty yourself over the jump and let us know what you think. I do like how they’ve harked back to trailers of the Seventies with this, but I still have a bad feeling about the final product. I can’t see a US network casually using sexism and racism as important distinguishers between the time periods.
