Over the past couple of years, some people have appeared on my TV that make me want to die. Two of the worst presenters I’ve ever seen happened to be on the same show. That show was Popworld. Alex Zane and Alexa Chung are two of the most vapid, talentless, annoying, self serving fools I have ever come across in my entire life. So was it a surprise when people switched off Popworld in their droves? Not one bit. However, if you ask Alex Zane what the problem was… it certainly wasn’t him.

The brain donor DJ has claimed that Popworld ended because it was too “slow” for today’s audience. When asked by DS what caused the show’s demise, he said: “I think it was the pace, to be honest… Popworld was an hour long, it was very slow and it had no live audience. And it was one of those shows where you really had to want to watch it – it wasn’t wallpaper TV.” No Alex. It was a great programme that was ruined by two smug dunderheads who think they know better. Will someone give this tit a P45? Cheers.
