Sharon Osbourne reveals that leaving X Factor was a 'mistake'

shazza.jpgI have to confess that I don't watch or like The X Factor. However, the few times our paths have crossed, I found myself thinking that, of all the people who have starred on the show, Sharon Osbourne is the most likeable. Her recent walkout on the show has caused much murmurings and disgruntlement, not least, from Osbourne herself. According to DS, Sharon Osbourne has admitted that she made a big mistake by walking out of The X Factor on Saturday night, and hasn't been asked back by ITV.

The TV show judge declared "I'm out - gone!" live on the programme after two out of three of her acts were in the bottom two and she was called upon to help choose which one to send home. Osbourne, who reportedly argued with co-judge Dannii Minogue before the show (well you would wouldn't you? Vacuous toad), has now admitted that she was wrong to storm off.

During an interview on Paul O'Grady's Channel 4 show, she explained: "I had just had it up to here. I thought 'I'm not going to take anymore'. I have made mistakes. I made one on Saturday ... I can't apologise for being me. I don't know if ITV want me back. I want to go back to take care of my girls but I've not heard from anyone. I'll pay for the call."

O'Grady then made a plea for Osbourne to be allowed back on the X Factor, saying: "You've got to go back or there's no show. You're the cog in the show. If you're watching can anyone do the courtesy of picking up the telephone?"

Of course this is nothing to do with raising publicity prior to this week's show after last week's damp squib. (!)

Louis did it last year, Sharon did it this year.

Professional people do not do this. They have contracts. What rubbish.
