Trailer Trash – Peep Show, series four

By ShinyMedia on April 4th, 2007 2 comments

Most sitcoms are rubbish these days, but Peep Show bucks that trend pretty nicely. The show, unlike cosy fare like My Family et al registers highly on the wince-o-meter, and has been championed by the likes of Ricky Gervais, who once described it as the best British comedy currently on the telly. And despite a patchy sketch show, Mitchell and Webb are back on familiar and toop form.

Series four is just around the corner, and here’s a little clip for you to get you in the mood. And if you’re a fan, the good news is that series five has already been commissioned.

Could it be that Mitchell and Webb are better performers than writers? This is written by others. Their own series, written by themselves, had some absolute shockers. Stinkers. Oh dear, yes. Get others to write your stuff, chaps. Easier too, innit?
