Remember when you used to shout "My Dad’s bigger than your Dad" in the playground? Hey – you still can! Only now your kids can shout it too – about your Dad. "My Grandad’s bigger than your Grandad!" Tonight’s One Life meets the senior citizens who refuse to grow old gracefully – unless by "gracefully" you mean pumping weights, all-day workouts and spray-on tan.
