When 'Lost' hype was at its height early in the first series, it was rumoured that the writers had planned a colossal seven-series story arc.  Now, amid concerns that the pressure to maintain the show's success may eventually lead to a downturn in quality (they're already talking of including more romance), the show's creators have begun talking about completing the full story in less time, and the possibility of making a film.

Co-creator Damon Lindeloff told WENN, "We'd love to end the show after four years, five years tops, and do a movie."
