Have you heard of Hat-Trick Productions? They’ve done some good stuff you know… including the fantastic Father Ted and Kumars at number 42. I’ll level with you here… I think I’m missing the point of the Kumar’s show… as in I don’t think it’s very funny, and a pale imitator of Mrs Merton. Nevertheless, that’s not what I’m hear to tell you about.

You see, Hat-Trick have jumped aboard the good ship technology. Hat-Trick have teamed up with i-Rights to enable us, the general public who simply cannot and shall not live with access to TV everywhere we go, every single second of the day, to watch Father Ted, The Kumars and Have I got News for You?

Father Ted will be the first show to have clips, wallpapers and ringtones put on phones throughout Ireland and the UK.

Paul Cohen, who is the Head of Legal & Business Affairs at Hat-Trick said "It has become clear over recent months that this is an area of increasing importance to Independent Producers, and we are very happy to be working with i-Rights during this exciting time."

Well, he could have been a bit more excited eh?

i-Rights is also working with Eddie Izzard, and the creators of The Fast Show – Paul Whitehouse and Charlie Higson – to bring clips of favourite characters Ted & Ralph and Sir Rowley Birkin.

So there you have it. Never shall you go again without the ability to hear those loving words "ARSE!"
