The Office Christmas Special has been voted fourth greatest Xmas telly show ever by readers of the Radio Times.

Brent will be delighted to hear that he’s only been beaten by three geniuses: Morecambe, Wise, Jason. Dibley.

That’s right. French in a cassock beat Brent’s final bow. Still, it’s impressive to see The Office polling higher than The Two Ronnies, EastEnders, Top of the Pops, Corrie and The Queen, in that order.

(Almost in that order. Noel’s Christmas Presents came seventh, between ‘Enders and TotP. We’re a bit troubled by that, to be honest, and we hope that if we overlook it hard enough it’ll stop being true.)
